      Trying to get in touch with Optus FORGET IT tried Optus app will not regonise my user name / password I have been using since I got it no number in bill to call them any more so how in the hell do I reach them ??????????????????????
      Need to do an extenti on on my bill before due date IMPOSSIBLE

    App is useless. Says my mobile broadband account number doesn’t exist yet they say I owe money but they’ve been sending bills to wrong email address. The Optus lady, Dianne said she’d reconnected my internet. That was at approx 12.30 lunchtime. It’s 7pm now and no internet. Can’t call as they close at 7pm.Used to be 24hrs now a limited contact time. In this day and age it’s bloody ridiculous. I thought I’d try technical support. Guess what? Same hours as customer service. Had it up to here with Optus. My mobile contract ends in November and I’m going to Dodo. Think I’ll buy a punching bag, put the Optus logo on it and punch the hell out of it

    Too hard trying to talk to Optus re by disconnected phone , recorded messages only!

    Problem solved, am switching to Telstra along with my wifes phone and the other 7 phones in my Real Estate office.

    Tried several times to discuss $49 credit I have with Optus to use as payment for prepaid. No option to do this on any app or website. No way to speak with anyone about situation. The machine wins!

    Optus is a joke and we will not be getting Optus mobiles when our current contracts expire in two months. Have spent over ten hours trying unsuccessfully to get them to unlock an old iPhone so it can be used as a pre paid and was shuffled from phone to Optus shop back home and then asked to visit the shop again. Optus ,ale Telstra look brilliant!

    OPTUS changed i have concern about my internet speed,it goes so slow as in dialup but i m not able to contact any customer care ,I find my home phone number changed with not NOTICE and they cannot explain who changed
